Welcome to Girls Empowerment for Leadership Association! We're dedicated to inspiring and empowering young girls to become strong leaders. We strive to equip them with valuable skills, such as communication and problem-solving, to equip them for success. Together, we are creating a world of empowered and confident young women who will become tomorrow's leaders. Join us to make a difference!




  1. Promote the empowerment of young girls at the national and international levels;
  2. Fight against scourges such as Insecurity, Gender Based Violence (GBV), school dropout, early marriage, early pregnancy, pimping, prostitution, STIs, HIV/AIDS, etc
  3. Develop prevention activities (awareness campaigns, educational talks, inter-personal talks, voluntary and free screening campaigns, etc.), training, support, cultural activities, coaching and capacity building;
  4. Promote entrepreneurship;
  5. Promote health, economic and social development of young girls and boys;
  6. Promoting good governance and social justice;
  7. Promote the defence of the rule of law and fundamental human rights;
  8. To set up mutual aid and assistance works based on the principles of equity, both for girls and boys;
  9. To promote the establishment of partnerships with associations pursuing the same objectives both nationally and internationally
